The Village has provided so many growth opportunities. I have had the ability to try new teams and new roles, everything from analytics and reporting to process project management. This has enabled me to become a more well-rounded teammate and helped me figure out my professional interests and passions.

The most impactful project I have worked on is the implementation of Visier, our new people analytics platform. I've been able to be there from the inception to early testing phases to a broad launch across the Village. Being able to implement a system that enables our field and atlas leaders to have quick access to the data they need with no manual lift has been such a cool opportunity. I've been able to connect with countless teammates across the Village to dive deep into their needs and design a solution to best meet that.

My advice for candidates is to play all out. You'll get out of the program what you put in. Focus on being present, connecting with your cohort, and absorbing as much information as you can. I can't tell you how many times I've leveraged a connection made through Redwoods or drawn on information I learned during our village overview week (VOW).

I received my undergraduate degree in health and exercise science at Colorado State University and later received my MBA from University of Colorado - Denver.

Fun fact: I'm a die hard Colorado Avalanche fan! I got the opportunity to go to a Stanley Cup game and the championship parade!
