Working at DaVita, I’ve discovered that strong performance starts with a cohesive leadership team with a high-level of alignment on what is most important. Self-awareness—how I show up as a leader, has a big impact on the broader team I lead.

The most impactful project I have worked on thus far is the inaugural class of Bridge to Your Dreams. We select and support patient care technicians on their path to nursing school. Our support gives them the financial backing to pursue their dreams and we offer flexibility and mentorship to help them complete their program. It's been incredible to work on this project and to see teammates' lives transformed.

My advice for candidates is to focus on relationships, relationships, relationships. Teammates want to know that you care and that you have a broader vision beyond metrics.

I received a degree in history from UCLA and my MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Fun fact: My favorite workout is boxing.
