People caring about people - 100%. It's fantastic to work for a company that has people genuinely interested in building your career and the processes around saving lives.

The most impactful project I have worked on was DaVita's Innovation of the Year. It helped me develop tremendously as an individual and also tackle one of the Villages’ most costly expenses - Contract Labor.

My advice to candidates is to be a thoughtful advocate for your career and ask for what you need!

I received my degree in finance at Brigham Young University and currently attending Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in pursuit of an MBA.

Fun fact: Our intramural team won the Kellogg Basketball league. Not so Fun Fact: I sustained a concussion (and 4 stitches) in the championship game.
