DaVita is a place where I feel connected with the mission and vision we strive to achieve and with genuine and smart teammates. I've grown tremendously, personally and professionally, over the last 6+ years. The Village has pushed me on emotional intelligence, coaching through difficult conversations and robust and complex decision making. I have learned that when I'm uncomfortable and stretched is when I am learning and growing the most. I've learned to embrace the discomfort.

The most impactful project I have worked on was the executive sponsor for the Facility Administrator Appreciation work in 2019. I found this particularly fulfilling because I have so much respect and empathy for the difficult nature of the Facility Administrator role. It was rewarding to partner with senior leadership to develop new benefits and recognition opportunities for our Facility Administrators.

My advice for candidates is to ask lots of questions, embrace the Facility Administrator practicum with humility and hunger to learn and connect with patients and the patient care team.

I graduated from the University of Michigan with an MBA in Operations and Healthcare Management.

Fun fact: I love really adventurous activities, but typically will only do them once! Some experiences include bungee jumping off the highest bungee jump bridge in the world, tracking silverback gorillas in Uganda to get within 15 feet and white water rafting on the Nile.
