DaVita has given me a greater ability to step back and put content into context, increased confidence in my ability to tackle the difficult and the skill of inspiring and mobilizing others toward a common vision.

What has been most impactful to me is the cohort network and friendships, unmatched personal and professional training, including impactful learning from our senior executives.

My advice to candidates is, embrace the platform with a can-do attitude and a humble thirst for learning and value creation. People before problems.

I received a degree in finance at Brigham Young University and a general management degree at Harvard Business School.

Fun fact: I was born in Brazil to a Lebanese mother and an Italian father.
