DaVita offers the opportunity to lead teams and own your region by treating it as "Ours." The culture of caring for our teammates with the same intensity with which we care for our patients resonated with me coming out of the Army. I'm personally very passionate about professional development at the community level, and DaVita has allowed me to innovate and create a shared value for our incredible teammates, local non-profits and the local health care community.

What makes the biggest impact is the cohort experience. My Redwoods class is filled with a genuine, selfless, diverse family that has pushed me to be a better leader while having a ton of fun along the way.

My advice for candidates: Dialysis is a people business—spend 100% of your focus on building relationships, understanding others, and connecting the right people to the right opportunities. Cash in the lottery ticket you've been given by improving how we deliver actual care to actual patients.

I received my undergraduate degree in economics at Tufts and my MBA from Harvard Business School.

Fun Fact: I am an avid listener of Chicago Sports Radio and love talking about my extended Italian family. I travelled to 40+ countries while in the Army and during school.
