Sr. Director– Integrated Kidney Care, Clinical Transformation
I am incredibly grateful for the opportunities the Village has provided me. I have worked for amazing leaders during my time at DaVita who have supported me and encouraged me to take on new challenges and experiences.
During my journey in the Village, I have worked on launching integrated care programs in new markets, worked on a variety of clinical programs that have rolled out across the organization and participated in the Redwoods Resident program (with encouragement from my leadership).
The Resident program offered me a whole new perspective on what our clinical teammates experience day in and day out. The most impactful part of this experience was the network of teammates I met. I developed lasting relationships in my cohort and across several the Village and these relationships have been instrumental to my growth and experience at DaVita.
Today, I work on the Integrated kidney Care, Clinical Transformation team to support teammates that manage ESKD patients in Integrated Kidney Care (IKC) programs. I am able to leverage my understanding of Integrated Kidney Care and DaVita operations.
My advice for candidates is to enjoy it! The start of the program can be overwhelming, and there is a sense of urgency to get into your role and feel comfortable. I would push you to sit in the discomfort and appreciate this time of growth, learning and development. Leverage the program to connect with teammates and leaders—ask questions and build relationships.
I received a degree in finance at The University of Colorado – Boulder.
