Through the Redwoods program and my time at DaVita I have learned how to have a voice and lead various audiences of both peers and executives. The exposure to upper leadership is great!

From a technical perspective, I have transferable skills that equip me to excel in my career. The peer support network, access to the Redwoods team and mentors across different business lanes in the Village and dedicated development sessions have made me a better leader, teammate and person.

The cohort experience in the Redwoods program is unparalleled. I have wonderful friends that double as coworkers—we are able to support each other in careers and in life.

My advice for candidates is, be invested during the Redwoods program. It is such a special opportunity with many learnings, so soak it all in!

I received a degree in biochemistry at Scripps College.

Fun fact: I have hitchhiked on 4 continents!
