The Village has allowed me to gain access to very talented and experienced mentors who have shaped my leadership perspective. I've also been fortunate to work on various special projects that have challenged me to think deeply about interesting business problems.

I had the opportunity to help lead our efforts in designing and launching our new patient orientation program. The program has launched nationally and is helping new patients get important information more quickly (and we hope lowering their stress levels when starting on dialysis!).

My advice for candidates is to enjoy the ride and take the time to build meaningful relationships!

I received a degree in business administration at the University of Michigan, and a degree in management at The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania.

Fun fact: Prior to DaVita, I worked for a health care non-profit in West Africa focused on alleviating pediatric HIV.
