Redwoods Analyst 2015
Manager Wisdom, DaVita University

What drew me to DaVita and continues to draw me here every day are the people that make up this Community. I am constantly being pushed to be a better version of myself and to make a greater impact through working hard, thinking innovatively and caring for others with intensity.

The most impactful part of the Redwoods program for me was gaining exposure to all parts of the Village and establishing a network across the organization that I can leverage for insight and support, both as it pertains to my work and my professional development.

My advice to candidates is, take advantage of your Redwoods cohort as much as possible! Share with each other what you are learning, ask each other questions and just enjoy each other’s company. This was one of my favorite parts of the program and what I believe makes the Redwoods program incredibly unique.

I received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business at the University of North Carolina and a master’s degree in organizational development in business at the University of Denver.

Fun fact: I have crossed the Pacific Ocean by boat.
