I was first introduced to the program my sophomore year of college and since then have participated in the Sophomore Leadership Summit, the Redwoods Summer Analyst program and the full-time Redwoods Analyst program. The Redwoods program has cared for and invested in me as a whole person. I feel like I've grown up in the Redwoods program.

The most impactful project I've worked on so far has been an acute workforce planning tool to help operators manage their teams and proactively hire. It's especially meaningful to me because I was able to own the project from start to finish. I'm excited to watch the tool provide value to its users.

My advice for candidates is to make the next right decision. You can't plan your entire career at age 22, so just make the next right decision that's in front of you. When you say "yes" to opportunities and give them your best effort, more opportunities will follow.

I received a degree in finance and accounting at The University of Colorado at Boulder.

Fun fact: I play the piccolo!
