My first formal leadership role came when I joined the Village at DaVita, more than 10 years ago. I was very green and made a lot of mistakes early on, and I'm incredibly grateful for all the coaching and support I’ve received along the way.

I’ve been fortunate to lead numerous meaningful projects during my time with the Village, including facilitating partnerships with transplant centers, creating a structured approach to talent development of frontline teammates, and leading growth initiatives that allow us to be the provider and partner of choice.

The Redwoods program offers such a special opportunity to set yourself up to be a successful leader at DaVita. Don't underestimate the value of building strong relationships with your cohort of fellow Redwoods.

I received an undergraduate degree in business administration at The University of Texas at Arlington and master’s degrees in business administration and health services management at UCLA.
