I view the Village as a place for doing good while doing well with smart people who believe in working for a mission. I had the opportunity to work in the U.S., the Netherlands, and the U.K. with teammates from all around the world. These global experiences exposed me to different working cultures in Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. I also own various cross-country projects such as Global Procurement Tender. Most recently, I had the chance to run Taiwan operations where I gained P&L management and people management experience.

The most impactful project I had the opportunity to work on was in 2019. I initiated the global procurement tender project with our international COO where we achieved financial savings and operations improvements in seven markets. 

My advice to candidates is to not assume and don't be afraid. Leverage your Village team in full. Visit the clinics once in a while.

I received my degree in economics and international relations at Claremont McKenna College.

Fun fact: I spent a summer in Israel for an archaeological dig.
