Why DaVita? I love the people. I love our mission. This is the most fulfilling place to work I've ever experienced! I have had the opportunity to learn all sorts of new things while working here—from labor relations to IT, from operations to communications and marketing. DaVita has given me amazing opportunities to learn and grow.

What has been most impactful to me is building great relationships with those in my cohort—some of whom became some of my closest friends.

My advice for candidates, aggressively get your needs met! Ask lots of questions. Listen. Observe. Be humble. Be strong.

I received my undergraduate degree in English Literature from Brigham Young University and a general management degree at Harvard Business School.

Fun fact: I have lived internationally for six years and speak three languages (two of them quite poorly).
