DaVita and the Redwoods program have equipped me with the support, confidence and skills to face stressful leadership situations and allowed me to mentor and support entire teams through those challenges. Since joining the Village, I have learned that I am most passionate about making others, especially my teammates, successful.

What has been most impactful are the people I met through the program, both within my cohort and as part of the exposure and opportunity to meet leaders that the program gives you.

My advice to candidates is to be open minded to what the Village might offer you and what career path you might end up choosing within the Village.

I received a degree in international economics and management at Bocconi University, Milan (Italy), and a degree in health care management at Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Fun fact: I used to be a professional volleyball player in Italy.
