Overview

We offer both summer internship and full-time opportunities through our Redwoods Undergraduate Programs. See below for more details on each program.

Full-Time Analyst Program

The Redwoods Analyst Program provides an unparalleled development experience. The program is designed to expose you to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. You will receive intentional, upfront and ongoing training consisting of both hard and soft skills. In addition to your full-time role, you have an opportunity to manage a cross-functional project in the business to expand your skill set. Frequent coaching sessions and two formal mentor relationships provide opportunities for candid feedback and continued growth. The goal is to support your development in becoming a strong DaVita teammate with leadership potential.

Summer Analyst Program

The Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week internship for students between their junior and senior years of school. Interns manage a project that will directly impact a variety of operational and strategic initiatives that span DaVita’s global business. Interns will be exposed to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. Potential project teams include finance, strategy, data analytics, operations innovation, clinical enterprise, patient experience, hospital partnerships, government business, real estate and human resources.

After a successful summer internship, Summer Analysts are ideally offered a position in the Analyst Program upon completion of their undergraduate degree.

Sophomore Leadership Summit

The Sophomore Leadership Summit is a three-day leadership program in mid-July in Denver, Colorado, for students between their sophomore and junior years of school. Participants will receive training in team development, communication styles, analytical skills and problem solving. The culmination of the summit is a DaVita case competition that introduces participants to a variety of DaVita’s strategic initiatives. As a participant, you will be exposed to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading health care provider that it is today.

After a successful leadership summit, participants may be selected to interview for or join the next year’s Summer Analyst class.
