We will be discussing our Summer Analyst internship program (for current juniors) and our Full-Time Analyst program (for current seniors). The internship program is a 10-week internship for students between junior and senior year in Denver, CO, providing exposure to strategic and operational cornerstones that make DaVita a leading healthcare provider. The full time program provides you with maximum responsibility as an entry level Analyst while participating in the Redwoods Program that supports you with comprehensive training and mentorship.

Join DaVita and the Redwoods Leadership Development Program for our Sophomore Leadership Summit Information Session!

The Sophomore Leadership Summit is a three-day program in July 2025 for students between their sophomore and junior years of school. Participants will receive training in communication styles and problem solving while gaining hands on experience to analyst level work. The culmination of the summit is a case competition that introduces participants to a variety of DaVita’s strategic initiatives. As a participant, you will be exposed to the business and operational cornerstones that make DaVita the leading healthcare provider that it is today. After a successful leadership summit, participants may be selected to interview or join the Summer Analyst class of 2026.
