DaVita Case Interview:
A case interview is an example of a real business problem based on your interviewer's past work experiences. The problems you will encounter are not designed to be brainteasers, or theoretical problems designed to stump you, but rather to reflect the challenges that our business faces.
The case will focus on situational, strategic, and analytical example a teammate at DaVita could expect to face.
How do I prepare for a case interview?
It is highly recommended to utilize practice cases prior to your interview. There are many online resources, including Marc Cosentino’s Case in Point and Taylor Warfield’s Hacking the Case Interview.
Utilize mock interviews and career center resources to identify your framework
DaVita hosts case workshops and competitions at various campuses
Brush up on mental math skills
Behavioral Interview:
Past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. Behavioral questions allow interviewers to gather specific examples of a candidate’s actual past behavior by asking structured, job-relevant questions. Once this information is collected interviewers can accurately determine if the candidate has the competencies aligned with the role.
