This event is an opportunity to create community and hear from leadership on our Diversity & Belonging initiatives and engage with Redwoods alumni on their experience in the Village.

At DaVita we strive to embed Diversity & Belonging into everything we do in our Village, so that it becomes part of who we are. We are very diverse as a Village overall (78% women and 53% ethnically diverse) and while our leadership is diverse in many ways, we recognize that it could be more diverse. We aspire to be a community that meaningfully demonstrates the power of diversity, the importance of community and the fulfillment that comes from belonging. Here’s how we’re bringing this to life.
